How to join

To apply for membership, you will need to fill out an application form and make payment.

Application forms are also available at the club front desk.

Please download it from this website and fill it out in advance, or fill it out when you visit.

Three steps to apply

1. Fill out the application form

Please download the "Membership Application Form".

*Swimming ability is self-reported, so please fill in as much detail as possible.

2. Prepare the payment amount

入会には、「入会金」「会員管理費」「月謝2か月分」が必要になります。

参考例：ジュニアクラス週1回／入会金3,300円・会員管理費2,200円・月謝17,600円(2か月)

支払い方法は、「現金」「PayPay、LINE Pay」がご利用いただけます。

3. In-store procedures

Please prepare the application form and payment amount and submit them to the club front desk.

Submitting these two documents will complete your application. Applications via phone or email will not be accepted.

For junior classes, we would appreciate it if you could provide multiple preferred days and times.

4. Direct debit procedures

After completing the enrollment procedure, we will provide an explanation of enrollment (approximately 5 minutes) and the account transfer procedure (approximately 3 minutes).

To transfer funds directly from your account, you will need to fill out a form or scan your cash card (password required).
